Stuff to do before you email us:
- read the Forge section that would apply to your question...it might already be answered!
- check the Files section to see if there's an example of what you're trying to do
- realize that these aren't rules, just guidelines...if there's something you need to ask, by all means email...
Some things not to email us about:
- requests for registered or beta copies of worldcraft. This is a bad idea...where do these people come from. The response (if one gets sent) is always "No.", so don't bother. (this is a rule, not a guideline)
- becoming a beta tester...we have no control over this...
- questions about modelling, .qc modification, texture making, etc. Neither of us deal with that. There are many other excellent sites on Planetquake that deal with these topics. Check them out...
Some things to email us about:
- level editing (Bet ya knew that tho...)
- Worldcraft and its features
- Hipnotic...er...Ritual and Rogue entities from the Scourge of Armagon and Dissolution of Eternity mission packs.
- ideas and suggestions for improving the Forge are always welcome
- anything dealt with in one of the sections, which you have a question about...
- submitting stuff...you want to submit something (be it maps, utilities, prefabs, texture wads...) ...great! Lemme check it out!
If you would like to contact us, please make sure you are contacting the right person! :) Loki and I have split up the sections of the Forge between us, and it will be more useful to you if you send your questions based on that. The sections are split up like this:
