PakScape

PakScape is an archive viewer, editor, and creator for games built on idTech engines, such as the Quake trilogy, Soldier of Fortune, Daikatana, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and so on. It supports the PAK files and PK3 files used by these games, and as PK3 files are simply renamed ZIP archives, PakScape will open those as well. PakScape also features a built-in sound player, for WAV files commonly found in game archives.

In addition to supporting more games, PakScape does not have the "access violation" bug that the similar PakExplorer has, where archives open in other applications or in the game itself will not open in the archive viewer.
